Position: Service Administrator- Denver, CO

 

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $20-$30 per hour

Summary: the CFM Service Administrator Support and assist the Service Team. Work closely with the Service Coordinator, Service Manager and Technicians to support day-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Support Service Coordinator with all functions of the Service Department database (time entries, work reports, invoices, scheduling, etc.).

 

  • Equipment Startup Reports: Scan in completed startup reports. File reports in the appropriate project folders and email to the customer and sales team. 

 

  • Warranty and Parts Support: Work with the CFM warehouse receiving department to secure warranty parts. Tag the parts, notify the appropriate technician and place parts in the technician’s office. Work with Service Coordinator to schedule Warranty work. Receive faulty parts from the technicians, fill out return paperwork and work with the warehouse personnel to ship parts back to the manufacturer. 

 

  • Paperwork: Print out submittals and startup reports and create packets for upcoming projects. 

 

  • Inventory: Maintain tool/parts inventory lists for the technician's truck stock and warehouse stock. 

 

  • Office support: Maintain inventory of report templates and general office supplies, help with ordering and picking up food for meetings, setup and cleanup of conference room, help with training sessions and classes, etc.

 

  • Make travel arrangements for Service staff for projects and training trips.

Qualifications

  1. Available to work full time. 
  2. Punctual and able to work Mon-Fri from 7:00 am-4:00 pm
  3. Good written and verbal communication skills.
  4. Must be proficient with computers and able to work with Outlook, Word, Excel, PDF Creator, Bluebeam, and other software as needed.
  5. Previous experience in the HVAC industry or the desire and ability to learn the industry as quickly as possible.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
